Recruitment and training

Although, principally a firm of Chartered Certified Accountants, we are far more diverse than that and our recruitment and training policies are tailored accordingly.

At present we have 6 partners and staff but we are growing Most of us are full-time, but we recognise that this does not necessarily suit everyone, and some of our staff have part-time contracts to suit their own particular domestic circumstances.

Training, both formal and informal, plays a big part in our set-up. Apart from the Chartered Certified students whom we recruit every year, we also support staff aiming for other qualifications including ACA and AAT for accounts staff; ATII and ATT for those interested in tax. On a less formal level, we encourage attendance at technical lectures organised by the local ACCA, Chamber of Commerce and various finance houses.

With the rapid changes in technology and our own drive towards a "paperless office", we have to upgrade our computer hardware and software frequently. This also entails keeping all of us up to date with our computer skills.
